"Leon's Travels"

Leon D.S. Geeste wandered the halls of Lacour castle. "Hello, Leon!" The new maid had spoken to him. She did not know that Leon liked to be left alone when he was thinking. Leon was impatient. He had to get outside. Now. He also had to finish working his new pride and joy before Chisato found out. The new maid was pulled aside by his old nanny. She was being told that Leon was the court scientist she was to leave alone. Good. No more interruptions then. Leon made his way to the lab.

Leon thought and sounded like an adult. Leon was twelve years old. Leon was a genius. Ever since his adventure on Energy Nede, Leon discovered what he had been missing when he was cooped up in the lab. Leon had FUN! Now, Leon was back to his old habits, but he had friends now. Also he was allowed outside more often. Leon enjoyed a more normal childhood. His old friends still paid him a visit every week or so. He was happy. Back then when he was a lab rat, Leon's world consisted of three things: Eating, sleeping, and working. During jobs, he ate when he could, drank alot of coffee(Leon was the only kid his age that enjoyed coffee, his friends said it tasted nasty.), and his breaks consisted of more of the same, except he got in some leisure reading. One of the more important jobs was The Lacour Hope. THIS was a weapon. It could blow away small islands with no trouble at all. It was used in the war with the monsters. It was PERFECT! Or so he thought. The demon Shin told everyone that "The weapon itself was a decoy". Leon understood now what it meant. It was a trick to get everyone to give up. It had suceeded. After that, Big Brother Claude found me and me up from what would have been The Big Sleep. I followed him everywhere after that. I followed him to the Eluria Tower. We met the Wise Men there. After a horrid battle, we blacked out amidst the crumbling tower. We woke up on Energy Nede. Afterwards was all a blur. We got a Synard and met Dr. Noel Chandler. We gathered the four jewels (Intelligence, Power, Courage, And Love.). Afterwards we found out that we still could not win. The Wise Men had a shield that would not allow any damage to get through. We gained a new weapon to counter this, the Void Matter. Leon still had that for study. The battle with the Wise Men was horrible. Yet, we won, right? Afterwards, Narl and Mirage came and told us everything. Including the part about Nede being destroyed to restore Expel. He was glad to be home, but he was sad that all the good people of Energy Nede had D I E D.

....Well, none of that will make his plans work. Leon tried a different approach. "....LEON!" Leon jumped out of his skin. "Auntie!!" Chisato Madison did not look too happy. "Are you using Nedian Technology?!?" Leon told her the truth. "....Yes, Auntie. But it's only a little bit!" Chisato did not look any better. "I DON'T CARE!!! DO YOU WANT ANOTHER WISE MEN FIASCO?!?!" Leon was scared. He had never seen Auntie this mad before...Wait a minute! Leon was not using any Weapon Technology! He said so. "Oh..." Chisato looked relieved when she found out that Leon was trying to create a Fun City Amusement Park in Lacour. Chisato looked embarassed. "...Sorry." Chisato hugged Leon and left.

Later...

Leon paid a visit to Chisato at her newspaper office in Lacour. "Auntie! I saw your sign! Can I be your new reporter?" Chisato looked up from her papers. "Leon...O.K. Here you can have this story, right away. Go to Linga and interview Bowman. Seems he became a professor, again." Leon was thrilled. "All right, Auntie! You can count on me!" Leon set off immediately.

When Leon arrived, he made straight for the University. The receptionist pointed him to Bowman's class. Leon noticed it was empty. "You don't get recognized as soon as you start. Also, for some reason, nobody wants to learn about herbs, either...Is it me? Anyway, what can I do for you, boy?" Bowman had that way of saying "Boy" without it sounding insulting. "Well, sir, I want to know why you became a Proffesor, again." Leon was curious as to why the guy even decided to get into the university at all. "Really? Well, I'll tell you...." To make a long story short, Bowman wanted to refresh everyone's interest in Herbal Sciences. "Thank you, Professor Bowman. The Lacour Post will help your cause for free!" Leon took his leave. "No, thank you, Professor Leon!" Bowman took his leave because a class had started to file in.

On his way home, Leon ran into two of his five favorite people. "Big Brother Claude! Big Brother Precis! How are you?" Precis was the first to respond. "Leon!!!! Hey, little brother!" Claude greeted Leon in a similiar manner. "Hey, Leon how've you been?" Leon noticed that Claude and Precis walked hand in hand. "Whatcha been up to, hmmm?" Leon wanted to rile them up. The effect was more than he expected. "U..up..to? Wha...What do you mean?" Precis and Claude were red in the face. Leon knew exactly what to say. "Ooohhh. ...Claude and Precis sittin' in a tree...Ha ha ha ha!!" Precis immediately gave chase. "LEON! YOU...are such a BRAT!!!" Claude gave chase as well. "I WILL GET YOU!!!" It was Precis who caught him. As Leon struggled, Precis grinned evilly. Before Leon knew it, Precis kissed his cheek. Leon blushed, wiped his cheek and yelled out, "DON'T DO THAT!!!" Claude told Leon later that he will start to like girls later, in a year or two. Leon felt Big Brother was right. He just did not see that happening, though. "Let's go, Claude!!" Precis pulled Claude away after everyone said good-bye. Claude resisted and Precis stomped on his foot. She ran away giggling. "I'm gonna get you for that!" Claude started after her. Leon waved and then went to Lacour.

Back at home, Leon heard a crowd screaming angrily. Leon ignored this and made straight for the Lacour Post HQ. Inside, Leon handed his report in. Chisato looked disturbed. "What's wrong, Auntie?" Chisato pointed at a paper on the desk. The Lacour Post:"Ashton Anchors Involved In Grand Theft!". "!!!!! Auntie, I gotta go talk to the King! Bye!"

The Throne Room

"Your Majesty! You can't do this!" The King looked gravely at Leon and said,"I know that! But, the people cry out! I can't ignore my people! I can however, allow him time to find the real thief only if someone responsible, like L-E-O-N, for example, were to watch him.." "I understand you perfectly, your majesty." Leon now had to wait until Ashton heard this.

A little while later-

"Well, guys. Let's do this!" Ashton was ready. He started to leave. "Wait!! I'm coming with you!" It was Leon! Thank Tria! Now he didn't have to go it alone, with these two perverts (Gyoro and Ururun) himself! (For Info. see "Ashton tries again...") "Well then, let's go!!"
