Tetsuo

A big-sized, and fearsome looking gangster, who is a friend of Mitsui's. Has long, wavy hair. Very rowdy and is a good street fighter (unfortunately, he lost to Sakuragi during the fight in the basketball court). He is always seen riding his huge Harley-Davidson style bike without his helmet - he hates wearing it! Hence, he police is always after him!
