1. Neglecting these rules will be grounds for disqualification.
2. You may do either regular beauty walk or pro-am during sportswear. Sportswear may be glitz or non-glitz. You must circle pro-am on the entry form to be considered for Overall Pro-am. It is FREE.
3. X's for beauty are 3 in the back and 1 in the front.
4. The attire ONLY will be judged during each Seasonal Sportswear event for each Seasonal Sportswear title. Pro-am scored for modeling ability for their age and overall appeal of the routine. No technique score. Seasonal Sportswear is scored according to each event, i.e. western wear, patriotic attire, 50's, etc. for overall appeal of the attire and how well it looks on the child. No facial beauty or personality scoring during Seasonal Sportswear, it is only how the outfit looks and moves on the child. Pro-am should be limited to 2 minutes on stage.
5. Beauty is scored on facial beauty (45%), personality/smile, poise and grace (45%) and overall appearance (10%). Dress score is included in the overall appearance score. There is no modeling score.
6. Sportswear is scored on appeal of the outfit and how it looks on the child - the child should wear the outfit instead of the outfit wearing the child.
7. Talent is judged on ability for age, overall performance and difficulty--- Talent is judged on talent, not how cute the outfit is. Age appropriate songs are required please.
8. The director reserves the right to combine groups with less than 3 in the group.
9. No food or drink will be allowed in the ballroom. Monitors will be present. Badges are $10 per adult and children 12-under free. One badge will be given for one parent.
10. Video's and Photo packages will be available for a fee. No cameras are allowed in the ballroom.
11. You will be responsible for reserving your own hotel room and also checking out at the required hotel checkout time. Please be sure to check on your reservation from time to time.
12. If you have won free entry and plan to attend, you must contact the National Director before the deadline.
13. Bring a gift ($5) to exchange with someone in your group. If you do not bring a gift, you will not receive a gift.

I have read the above rules and regulations and each page of the paperwork, and hereby release the director, Seasonal Pageantry/staff and any facilities associated with the pageant from responsibility or liability, loss or stolen property or misconduct by another contestant/relative. I also understand that tardiness and unsportsman-like conduct is grounds for disqualification without refund. There will be no refund of deposits if the contestant doesn’t attend the pageant. All judge’s decisions are final. I also release all video and photo’s to be used for promotional purposes.

Director’s statement: I will do what is in my power to provide a fair and honest pageant. Seasonal Pageantry/staff/director is not responsible for hair and make up regulations. If you are not satisfied with results of the pageant, contact me ASAP and we will address the problem. If I find that a judge low-balled a contestant, then I will pull their scores. If a judge is consistent in their scoring then the scores will remain. No titles will be taken away. Upon finding errors in tabulation, there will be "shared" titles.
