1) We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone we feel will not provide an acceptable home for one of our horses.
2) The horse must be kept up-to-date with your veterinarian and farrier. We require monthly updates on the horse's condition to ensure that this agreement is being kept. We must also be informed before you age or geld the horse.
3) No horse purchased from Karnak may have its name or discipline changed at any time with express written permission from us.
4) We reserve buybacks to any horse sold by us. If at any time you choose to sell the horse, we reserve the right to purchase it back from you at your stated asking price. We also request that you inform us of who the horse is sold to so that we can keep track of where it goes.
5) If any of the conditions of this contract are not met, we reserve the right to immediately claim the horse back from you without compensation.
