Evan moved closer to Harvey. "Harvey come on man wake up." The firemen bustled around Evan as they started to move in rescue equipment, and medical supplies. "Okay Inspector we need you to clear out." One of the firemen said as started to undo straps on a backboard. Evan didn't budge. "I am not leaving him." The fireman sighed then looked back up to Evan. "Listen I admire your loyalty to your partner, but right now we have to get him out. And to do that we need you out of here, so my men can do their job." "Can ride with him on the way to the hospital?" "Sure, now get."

Evan did as he was told. He made his way back out the hole that was made just above the stairs leading into the basement. Nash was waiting at the top with Michelle. "Lets go." Nash said as he turned and started to walk back out side. As they got outside Nash took Evan and Michelle over to where Joe stood waiting for them. "They bringing him out?" Joe asked as Nash approached.

"Yeah." Nash turned to Evan and Michelle. "Maybe I didn't make my self clear to you two when you started at the SIU, when I give an order I expect that order to be followed is that clear?" "Yes sir."
Evan answered at the same time Michelle did. "Now why did you disobey me when I told you two to come out?" "It was my fault Nash, I just couldn't leave Harvey in there."

Nash stuck his hands deep into his pockets. "I see and were you sure he was in there at the time?" "No sir." Evan answered. Nash looked towards the exit of the school were Harvey was being carried out. "You better go be with your partner." Evan didn't have to be told twice. He ran over to and waited as they placed Harvey into the ambulance before he got in.

"So, Ev is going to be in a lot of trouble?" Joe asked as he nudged Nash. "No, Joe I can't punish him for what he did." "Why?" Nash smiled over at him. "I would have done the same.
