Hi there, my name is
Jacob and I was born three weeks early on the 11th July, 1997. I weighed a
tiny 5lbs 9ozs. When I was 7months old we moved from Kalgoorlie, Western Australia
to Launceston, Tasmania. We have been here over 5 years now and I really like it
here. I am now nearly 6 years old and in prep. I love going to school and playing with my friends, playing with my brothers, leggo and helping mum. |
