You only need to check out this lady's physique to see why she has done so well over the years.  This year saw Joanne enter on to the NABBA stage and she has made her presence felt.  Jo is well aware of the competition she faces and this makes her more determined to succeed.
A lady of many talents formally trained as a commercial artist, a professional dancer and acrobat when she was younger and also a State and National Aerobics champion.  Seems to me Jo would have the free posing round sown up.
