CONDITIONS
A 20% deposit of the total hire cost is payable to secure a booking. Balance is due 28 days prior to occasion. A 10% cancellation fee may apply on cancelled bookings.
If vehicles are required longer than agreed time, a surcharge may apply, per vehicle and must be paid on the day of the occasion to the driver.
Memory Lane will not take responsibility for Photographers extending time resulting in late arrivals.
SMOKING AND THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE VEHICLES. SITTING OR LYING ON THE VEHICLES IS ALSO NOT PERMITTED.
Any changes to bookings must be advised in writing no later than 45 days prior to occasion.
