I graduated (finally) from Grand Valley State University with a BS in Film/Video/Animation and a BFA in Sculpture.  Moved to Norman, Oklahoma in the summer of 1999 to work at The Crucible Foundry.  There we cast bronze sculptures for artist's.  I worked there until the summer of 2001, when I then moved to New York City to attend graduate school at The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.  Currently I have one year left before I have my MFA in Fine Arts.  In NYC I have worked mainly in art related situations, including another bronze casting foundry, as a freelance artist assistant and am currently working in the undergraduate department of my school as a technical advisor to the intro to sculpture classes.
