Elizabeth, First up, I gave a bit of misinformation. Ralph Oswald Ellingworth died in WWI in France, not at Gallipoli. I had the wrong Great Uncle in mind (as you will see below)
I was on the internet, seeing what might come up for other parts of the family, and found myself on your site again. Following is what I have on two more of the families listed on your site.

Sidney Evan Pearson 1879 - 1953 was my maternal grandfather, he married Isobel Marguerite Skipper (d. 1989) after WW1, my mother Margaret Jean was born 10/5/'22 ,followed by Rosemary, then David (d. 2001) and Robert William ( d. 1999). S.E.Pearson is the Author of a book 'The Romance of Destiny' which tells the story of the Pearson Family from the time the first member settled in Tasmania until Sids sibling were born in Victoria, as his goal was to write only of those who had passed on. My mother wrote the foreword and introduction and might therefore be able to further your data base.
I believe that some of the information on your website may be in error. I have made a Plaque from Stainless Steel and will send it to Cloncurry where it will be placed on a memorial. The text is 'S.E. Pearson 1879 - 1953 2nd Austalian Field Artillery Battalion AIF, Bushman, Writer and Amateur Geologist.
He was an outback legend in his own lifetime.'

Pennefather

From on Sunday, 14 December, 2008

Thanks, Your records for Daniel Pennefather's children are missing Gerald, my grandfather. His birth certificate, dated 1859, is shown in the District of Emu Bay, Tasmania. Gerald was the second son and third child of Daniel and Elizabeth Sarah. He was born at sea, on 18th December 1858 when his parents were returning from Ireland. The record is No 3627, No 55, 314. and the date of registration is the 15th January, 1859. The registration was indicated as being by letter from Daniel Pennefather from Table Cape. The confusion is that Elizabeth Sarah is shown as being nee Carr, not Curr. He was not named in the Register Book of Births but I hold a copy of the certified extract of the birth. He is also listed in Burke's Landed Gentry of Ireland. He was NSW Govt surveyor and worked with Walter Burley Griffin on the design of Canberra and also Castlecrag. He married Constance Nina McDonald of Queanbean. The book "A Thousand Wild Acres" includes a reference to him. He had five children, Nina Constance, Reginald Victor Graham, Clarence Arthur (my father), Eileen and Helen.
