Likes: Hitting James, hitting Meowth, Pikachu, stealing, robbing, being in charge, having everything her way, just plain being nasty.
Dislikes: Pikachu, Ash, Misty, Brock, Tracey, Prof. Oak, Gary, any of their friends (Ash's friends etc.), being made fun of, being bossed around, being good, being reminded of her childhood, being told that she isn't pretty, losing.
Hobbies: Saying the Team rocket motto, hurting things or people, chasing Pikachu, beating up James and Meowth, daydreaming, ruining Ash's life.
Dream: To be the boss someday (or at least be promoted to some high position on Team Rocket) or to be rich.
Persona: Jessie loves to be mean, nasty, all out bad. She loves to be feared and hates it when people tease her. She loves to win ans succeed in everything that she does and she'll just about stop at nothing to get what she wants. Jessie through out the series is shown to have a really rotten childhood and hates to be reminded of it, and while I wish to say that she's a nice, caring person on the inside, I just can't see that at all. Literally, she's bad to the bone! She seems to get brighter as the seasons all progress though.

Likes: Food, girls, Pikachu, Jessie, being bad, being on Team Rocket, winning, being stupid, daydreaming, being free, Growley
Dislikes: Ash, Misty, Brock, Prof. Oak, Gary, any of their friends (Ash's friends etc.), being too rotten (hurting people or sweet Pokemon), Meowth being a real pain in the butt, not getting his way, Jessie being a pain in the butt, Pikachu, his parents.
Hobbies: Saying the Team Rocket motto, eating, sleeping, being stupid, dressing up in disguises, stealing Pokemon, dressing in drag, being rich, food, and being free.
Persona: James is a lot nicer than Jessie, he's more compassionate, and while he's still pretty bad you just gotta love him. He's got the common sense of Ash, which is none, and he's so cute (okay, to ME anyway) too! James wants to be on top, but loves Pokemon and while he is an idiot, he was born into a rich family and has some fairly decent education (which makes you wonder why he joined Team Rocket).

Likes: Togepi, shiney things, balls, sting, basically any and all cat stuff, Jessie, James, being bad, using people as scratching posts, stealing stuff, Pikachu.
Dislikes: Ash, Misty, Brock, Prof, Tracey, Oak, Gary, any of their friends (Ash's friends etc.), Jessie being mean to him, the boss having a Persain over him, James being a total moron, Pikachu.
Hobbies: Teasing people, saying the Team Rocket motto, playing with cat stuff, collecting stuff, being bad, stealing anything, using everybody as scratching posts, thinking up schemes, spending money.
Persona: Meowth loves to do all the things that humans do, yet he too has a sad past. He likes to make smart allek remarks to people, and he won't take failure. Meowth is quite the talented Pokemon, and while he's about as bad as Jessie, he has a compationate side and it's way cute when he shows it. Meowth can be mean but he is nice to children and loves to be on top (the boss's top pet). He, like Jessie, seems to get both smarter and more annoying as the seasons progress.
