These two pictures are from four that follow the same theme.....the mourning of Tut's death by his young wife. Rather peculiar that I repeatedly drew this. It's one of the few themes that actually reappeared in my drawings, most of which are portrait heads. The first picture was the first occurence in my book, showing the openings of the mouth ceremony.

The second is even more puzzling and oddly touching to me now......the queen still mourns but her husbands ka is attempting to comfort her. I noted the emotion I actually put in...which isn't really there in the ancient art.
