Costumer notes: what makes this costume 'skany' compared to other Utena school fuku is.. that this verison has scrapped the puffy sleeves giving it a more 'badgirl' feel, the tie is longer and the skirt is shorter.. did i mention that a small tug on the blouse will make it come flying open??  ^ ^
