Just like what is served in traditional greek resturants. A true feast for the cheeselover
1 Slice Kasserri or Saginaki Cheese approx 1/4 inch thick
1 Tbs Olive oil
1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Brandy
1 Lemon
1. moisten cheese with water
2. Flour both sides of cheese
3. Heat Olive Oil in iron Skillet
4. Place cheese in skillet and cook for approx 2 mins, flip cheese over
5. pour brandy over cheese and use lighter to ignte pan
5. Put out flames with lemon Juice once cheese is browned
6. Serve with fresh bread
