A Full Moon Wo Sagashite Manga Fan Shrine to Meroko Yui and Mitsuki Kouyama

Meroko was first placed with Izumi as a Shinigami team before Takuto came alone. Meroko fell in love with Izumi but he said she would just get hurt and she did. She told herself that she wouldn't fall in love and yet she did, with Takuto this time. Throughout the manga there are parts and lines between Izumi and Meroko that indecate that they have some history together. At the end of the Manga, 3 years after the technical end she meets up with Izumi and declares that she loves him the most instead of Takuto. The pair kiss and live happily ever after like all the couple from the manga do. ^^ Truely beautiful, a great ending for my favourite character.
Every shinigami has a part but they are not allowed to remember it otherwise they turn into a ghost. Meroko remembered her past but did not seem to turn into a ghost!
When she was alive her name was Rikyou Moe and she was best friends with
Kouyama Fuzuki, who is Mitsuki's grandmother. Moe was younger than Fuzuki
but become friends with her when Fuzuki was stuck inside her house due to
illness.
Fuzuki had an arranged marriage to some guy called Kimiharu, but that's when Seijyuuyou came along and eventually got between Moe and Fuzuki causing them both to love him.
Eventually Moe found out she was now arranged to marry Kimiharu and that Fuzuki was due to marry Seijyuuyou, she found them kissing and was devastated. She went to a big, slit her wrists and killed herself. She then became Meroko Yui, Shinigami.
In the manga, Meroko in bunny form meets Fuzuki and hangs around with her for a while then appears as Moe and says that's she sorry and that her and Fuzuki should live in peace now.
