Angella is a 1986 Graduate of Greenup Co. KY High School, 1992 Graduate of Bera College with a BA degree. She is also a Gulf War Veteran, 2005 Graduate of Shawnee State University with a BS in Middle School Education.
She is a proud wife and mother.
Betty is a 1990 Graduate from the Carter Co KY Health Vocational School with a Certificatin in Nursing Assting, A 1996 Graduate of Shawnee State University with a Certification in Emergency Medicine Tech. She worked in Health Care and Human Service for the Area Agency on Aging in her area in health care field for 11 years.
In Jan 2002 She and her husband started their long journey in adoption. In Jan 2004 they brought home their daughter Chenise. Betty then began working in Adoption for a Ohio Agency for two years, in that time she recieved experience working with Adoptive parents as well as Birth Parents. She attended many adoption workshops and is very knowledgable in her field.
In Oct 2005 Betty and Chuck added again to their family through the Foster/ Adopt Program in their state of Ohio. Welcoming Kennedy and Emanuel.
Jan 2006 Betty founded Little Bit Of Heaven Adoption Referral, realizing that there was a huge need to help children who would be considered harder to place. Regardless of Color, age, handycap.
In Sept 2007 Betty decieded that it was time to make a larger decision to become a Liceased Adoption Agency,
not wanting to change the services main goal but wanting to become Licensed for families in states where it maybe considered unlawful to work with a unlicesed agency.

After High School Charles joined the US Marine Corps Serving two years during the Vitenam War, earning the rank of Lance Corpal.. After his wifes untimely death he returned home to raise his two small children. In 1977 her recieved a degree in Machining and has his Journeymans Card. Working a full time job while being very involved in his families life as well as Adoption. He has taken many Adoption Workshops and was a Foster Parent for two years. He is the father of Three Bio children and Three Adopted children with his wife Betty. They also are they pround grandparents of 9.
Susan is a Graduate holding a degree in accounting, She worked for Three years at a water filtration plant as Secretary in the Acounts Dept.
In 1996 she began to help her husband in their family company, which has become very secessful. She now is employed at a local hospital working in Registration.
She is the bio mother of two son's Devon 9 and Dillon 5 and is the Adopted mom of Daughter Erica 3.
Phyllis was Co Owner in a Family Owned Company for over 20 years. She is the mother of Linda, Betty And Susan and proud grandmother.
Cyndi has many years experience with the corprate world but now is a stay at home mom to her Adopted Daughter and proud wife to Carl. She has completed her two year degree with her church to in pastoral counsle.
Cynthia has a Degree from Ohio University and many years working in Adoption and Counseling. She was employed by Luthern Family Service in Columbus Ohio and when their Adoption Program closed we were lucky enough to have her come to us here at LBOH.
She resides in Columbus Ohio and covers all parts of Ohio Completeing Home Studies and Post placement services as well as Counsle to any birthmothers that may need her services.
