Homestudy update fee - $750.00
Placement Fee $5000.00
Application fee - $100.00
Criminal Record check (BCII and FBI) - This will be the adoptive families out of pocket expense.
Post-finalization fees - $150.00 Visit
Copying fee - $25.00 per each homestudy sent - free to a state/public agency for inquiry or matching with a specific child – fax copy of homestudy is free.
Multiple birth/child - Additional $500.00 for additional paperwork etc.

Other fees that may incur include, but are not limited to, legal fees for an attorney and court costs and additional agency services that are above the normal services completed for an adoption, will be at an additional cost to family. This will be gone over prior to accepting a situation.
LBOH shall have a fee structure that is non-discriminatory and will allow families of various income levels the opportunity to adopt. The ability to pay a fee shall not influence the choice of the most appropriate family for a child.
