Simone's Apricot Tart and cookie dough
Ingredients
1 stick of margarine - soft 1/2 cup of sugar 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of water 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 teaspoon of baking powder 2 cups of flower |

Mix margarine and sugar, add bitten egg with water, add vanilla.
Sift the flower mixed with baking powder and add to mixture.
Use nonstick tart pan with removable bottom. Mold the dough to provide
a tin layer over the pan. \
Spread thin layer of apricot jam on the bottom of the tart. Do a double lace
topping from the remaining dough.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Check the pie
often time
varies with oven
Let it cool completely before removing on service dish.
If you have extra dough you can make cookies and back on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
