Filling
1 can of whole berry cranberries
4 or 5 apples (I use golden delicious)
Mix together.
Topping
1 cup of flour
1 cup of oatmeal
2/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tea spoon of cinnamon
1 stick of melted margarine (I use lower fat)
mix together.
Put 1/3 of topping on bottom of a lightly greased 9X9 Pyrex dish
Pour fillings on top.
Put rest off topping on top of mixture.
Bake in preheated 375º oven for approximately 45-50 minutes.
For Pesach, substitute 1 cup of cake meal for flower & 3 cups of ground
almonds for oatmeal.
