So What About Freeza? He got beat by Goku! |

So why was the Freeza Saga the most important?
The Freeza saga meant alot of things for our warriors. Alot of changes, alot of discoveries, resetting the boundaries. And once again, Goku was
the hero of the day.
But how did this saga effect the whole series in general? Obviously the first answer that comes to mind is that Goku finally showed that you can
go Super Saiyan or Super Saiyajin. This is pretty important if you look at the series on a grander scale. If Goku had failed then he would have died never allowing
us a glimpse at what Vegeta was all excited about, and Freeza would have easily recovered, and destroyed Earth, ending our series. But that didn't happen.
Our heroic Goku, witnessing his friend Krillin die for the first time, right in front of his eyes with nothing he could do about it, un hinged the lock upon
the closet that had held the Super Saiyan from within. He exploded in fury, in a bush of golden hair and green eyes, stunning everyone that had survived
up until that point.
So what about the rest of them?
Well, this meant good things for alot of people too. Gohan, and Krillin both had their true powers unlocked by Guru, and they were able to
wish back their deceased friends. Piccollo learned the first fusion technique in the series, which would have great affect on the series later on, and last but not
least Goku discovered the way to become a Super Saiyan, something that would save alot of lives in the years to come.

How long do you think Goku would have lasted against Freeza with just the Kaioken? Even the Spirit bomb he created wasn't enough to destroy
him.
