I am lost
And so confused.
My heart aches
And you seem amused.
You also think
I'm usless to you now.
You won't turn around
And I don't know how.
You feel as though
You are now happy.
But it will soon end
And again you will be free.
When you are alone
It will be too late.
I will have found someone
And finally, I will feel great.
You took me for granted
And played with my mind.
You didn't appreciate me
Even though I was kind.
There was no affection
And your heart was hard.
You wouldn't let me love the real you.
Now, up goes my guard.
