Chapter 12     ~ Two weeks later ~     Jonathan came out of the kitchen, and approached Kalarnia, looking worried.  "What's up, baby?" Kalarnia asked, concerned. Jonathan pulled a little velvet box out of his pocket, and kneeled down on the floor in front of her. "Oh, Jonathan....." Kalarnia sighed.  "I love you so much, baby. We have grown very close. And I would be extremely honored if you would be my wife." Jonathan opened the velvet box to reveal a beautiful solitare diamond ring.  Tears rolled down Jonathan's cheeks.  "Oh, baby! Of course I will! Yes! I WILL marry you!" Kalarnia exclaimed, crying. Jonathan gently placed the diamond ring on Kalarnia's finger. "I love you, Kay." Jonathan sobbed.  "I love you, too, baby!"  Kalarnia sighed, as she hugged Jonathan.  He kissed her deeply.      Heather entered the living room, to see Jonathan placing the ring on Kalarnia's finger. She happily interrupeted their kiss.  "Kalarnia!! Did he.... ask you?"  Heather asked, grinning.  "Yes, he did!" Kalarnia exclaimed, showing off her diamond. " Oh! What a beautiful ring! Hey! I have an idea!" Heather  said.  "Yeah? You do? What kind of idea?" Kalarnia asked.  "Let's have a double wedding!" Heather suggested. "Wooooo!! Okay! Let's do it!" Kalarnia agreed, looking at Jonathan. "What do you think?" she asked him.  Jonathan smiled at the idea. "Sounds like a good idea to me!" He replied, kissing Kalarnia. To be continued......
