Yn lle bod ni'n sôn drwy'r amser am y pethau gwael ym mhêl-droed Cymru, o'n ni'n beddwl bydda hi'n syniad reit dda i amlinnellu syniadau am y ffordd ymlaen i Gynghrair Cymru - ryw fath o 'Blueprint i'r dyfodol.

1. Gostwng niferoedd y timau i 12, i sicrhau fod yna fwy o gystadleuaeth rhwng y timau gorau.

2. Creu ail adran i'r Gynghrair Genedlaethol - un i'r gogledd a'r llall i'r de. Dylai'r ddwy adran hon fod gyda 12 tim a dylai'r holl dimau yn y gynghriar hon fod efo llif-oleuadau i sirhau nad ydi'r sefyllfa bressennol yn Glantraeth y tymor hwn yn cael ei ail-adrodd. Dylid sicrhau fod y timau sy'n codi i'r adran yn cael cymorth ariannol gyn y Cynnulliad i godi eu cyfleusterau i safon. Wel roeddan nw'n ddigon parod i roi pres i dimau Lloegr.

3. Creu adran i ail-dimau - un i'r gogledd a'r llall i'r de, gyda eilyddion y timau o'r ddwy adran uchaf yn chwarae ynddo. Byddai hyn yn sicrhau fod hi'n bosin i chwaraewyr symud o'r tim cyntaf i'r ail - ddim y sioe bresennol.

4. Cystadleuaeth rhwng y timau sydd wedi mynd trwodd i Ewrop cyn dechrau'r tymor, i sicrhau fod y timau yn cael digon o ymarfer cyn chwarae eu gemau Ewropeaidd.

5. Apwyntio 'commercial mannager' newydd i neud yn siwr bod y gynghriar yn cael ei noddi. Rywun gwell na'r rhai sydd wedi methu dros y 6 mlynnedd dwythaf.

6. Mynediad am ddim i blant dan 12 oed pan maent yn dod gydag oedolyn yn orfodol ym mhob clwb.

7. Cynghriair Ieuenctid - rhywbeth allai gael effeithiau pell-gyrhaeddol ar bêldroed Cymru yn fwy cyffredinnol.

8. Ad-drefnu Cwpan y Gynghrair - rhoi lle i'r ennillwyr yng nghwpan Intertoto, gan roi mwy o bwrpas i'r gystadleuaeth. Wedyn byddai'n syniad da i'r rownd derfynnol i gael ei chwarae yn gynharach yn y tymor gan roi mwy o gyfle i'r ennillwyr baratoi yn iawn am sialensau Ewrop.

Nôd: ceisio codi safon y Gynghriair nes bod y 'big 3' yn gweld mai yng Nghymru mae ei unig ddyfodol os ydyn nw eisio cystadlu yn Ewrop. Os bydd safon y gynghrair yn codi bydd yn gadael y timau hyn heb unrhyw ddewis.

Instead of talikng all the times of the league's many adverseries, let's try and put together some ideas of how we can reform the League of Wales for the future - a 'blueprint' for the future if you like.

1. Reduce the number of teams to twelve te ensure grater compertition between the best clubs.

2. Create a seond tier of the league of wales - on for North Wales and another for the south. All clubs in this tier would have to erect floodlights to ensure that there is no repeat of this season at Glantraeth. It should be ensured that the teams promoted get the fuding needed to ensure this from the National Assembly - well they were very prepared to hand out cash to English clubs.

3. Create a reserve league (again one for the North and one for the South) with reserves from both the highest tiers playing in it. This would enable players to move more freely between reserves and first team, rather than the current farce.

4. A compertition between the clubs that have qualified for Europe before every season, to ensure they get the vital match-practice before Europe.

5. Appoint a new 'comercial mannager' to make sure the league get's a sponcer. Someone better than the ones that have failed miserably over the last 6 years or so.

6. All kids under 12 to be given free-admitance when accompanied by an adult at all league clubs.

7. Youth League - something that could lead to far-reaching improvements for Welsh Football in general.

8. Re-arrange the league cup - award an European place to the winners of the competition to give it more meaning. It would then be a good idea for the final to be played earlier in the year so that the winners would then be able to better prepare for the challenges of Europe.

Aim: Try to raise the standard in order for the 'big 3' see that their future is in the League of Wales if they are to compete in Europe. If the standard in the league rises, these clubs will be left with no choice.
