Geoff Sangster

Title: Film Commentator

Geoff, a native of Ottawa, is a graduate of Sheridan College in Oakville ON completing a Book Illustration Degree and before that attended the Ottawa School of Art. From there he went to Halifax and attended The Nova Scotia College of Art and Design completing a BFA in Media Arts.
Geoff has been involved with local film and theatre for the past six years working with Ottawa Little Theatre, Odyssey Theatre, Tara PLayers, Orpheus Theatre, Savoy Theatre and The Independent Filmmakers of Ottawa. He organized several solo exhibits of works in Ottawa and is now the proprieter of his own free lance company Dramatic Expressions specializing in murals and faux finishes.
Having always loved film Geoff was eager to join the Moving Images team in discussing filmmaking in all its forms, moving from Correspondent to Co-host.
For the future Geoff plans to move into set painting and design in both film and theatre.
