| Tanya was born in California, but has lived in Texas since 1974. She now considers Houston to be home, after growing up in Waco and Arlington. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Biology. She moved to Houston in 1992 to teach at Cypress Falls High School in the Cy-Fair School District. She is currently teaching Biology I and II and serving as the Science Department Chairperson. Her interests include gardening, cooking, reading, and travel. |

| Michael was born in Montana and grew up in Belgium, Scotland, Norway, and Louisiana. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he worked in Azerbaijan and Alaska. In 1995, he moved to Houston and now works with BP as a subsea engineer. His interests include playing his guitar, travel and Tanya. |
