I've seen Juan Martin in concert on Saturday, and it was quite brilliant and very instructive in terms of linking modern flamenco with the ancient precursors, such as moorish and sephardic traditions of pre-reconquista Spain.

Apparently he is one of the 3 best living guitar players :
