It´s a little harder to get internet access than I thought it would be here in Honduras. I am at an internet cafe right now. I have taught a few guitar lessons to individual students at the university and have met with faculty members to discuss my teaching and performance schedule. I have met with two different composers, Raphael Umanzor in Tegucigalpa and Francisco Carranza in San Pedro Sula. They are excited about the prospect of having their works included in my project. Today, I am in the coastal city of La Ceiba. My host, Jorge Elvir is attending a medical conference here and I just thought I would come along. Tomorrow we will return to Tegucigalpa. Thursday afternoon I am scheduled to teach a masterclass for high school age guitar students. 2007-07-10 14:48:00 GMT

Michael, I'm glad things are going well with you. On another note, I hope you are in a safe place if you are still in Honduras. I've heard about the hurricane headed that direction. I hope to hear some news from your way soon.
