Miami then went on and beat Memphis in the Southern Division playoffs 4-2 . Miami next went on to the Championship were they took Detroit to 6 games and beat Detroit soundly in Miami twice, Only to fall in game 6. Miami took an average team and went to the finals. behind the goalies of R.Turek and O.Kolzig and the player such as Wayne Gretzky ,L.Robitialle,A.Yashin and and Defensmen A.Macinnis.
