"Bridget Novak
The funeral for Bridget R. Novak, 73, Michigan City, will be at noon tomorrow at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church. Mrs. Novak died at 2:45 a.m. yesterday (Dec. 22, 1987) at St. Anthony Hospital. The Rev. Pat Gaza will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. today and until 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel. The rosary will be recited at 8 this evening at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Richard Grams Jr., Dwayne Goers, Michael Goers, Thomas Margraf, Pat Margraf, and Ed Chambers.
Mrs. Novak was born Dec. 31, 1913, in Michigan City, the daughert of Peter and Mary Gobert (Govert) Margraf. On July 17, 1967, in Michigan City, she married Lee P. Novak, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Sharon Louise Goers, Brooks, KY.; a son, Richard Grams, Michigan City; six grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Nugent and Loretta Margraf, both of Michgian City, and Margaret Flory, LaPorte; and two brothers, James Margraf, Florida, and Sylvester Margraf, Michigan City. Two brothers, Arthur and Philip Margraf, are deceased.
Mrs. Novak was a retired secretary from Milton Roy. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and St. Mary's Rosary Sodality and was a charter member of the Secretaries Association. "
