"Feb 5, 1700, she {Madeleine Miville} came to an agreement with her son-in-law, Charles Fontaine, widower of Louise Cochon on the subject of his inheritance. He gave up his rights for the fee of 100 pounds. April 2, 1701 Oliver Guillemot acquitted him, which returned him to the inheritance. It is known that the date of her death came after September 16, 1708, but before October 9, 1716, the date when her children divided up her belongings."
