India
Sights (part two)

Varanasi: The Holy City of Hindus.
Down at the Ghats of the Holy River Ganga.
People taking a bath in the Holy River.
The Ganga is the longest, holiest and, most probably,
the most polluted river in India.

Walking through one of the narrow streets in Varanasi.
Bicycles, Cows, vegetables, power lines,
clothes to dry and of course - people.
Kanpur, Sundar Movie Hall.
8 buckets of water - enough for a hall of 360 seats?!?!
So, dear friends - please, try never to be there when a fire occurs.

Together with Vivek in the centre of Kanpur.
Somebody told that Kanpur ranks no. 8 in the
"Top Ten" of the World's most polluted cities.
Jaipur: Hawa Mahal - The Palace of Wind.
They say, the Palace has about 950 windows and small alcoves.

View on the City of Jaipur
2 mill. people living on a quite small area.
Jantar Mantar (Jaipur)
- an "open air observatory".

Kajuraho: around 300 km to the south of Kanpur, there  one finds, in all, 80 temples.
The temples belong to the most important examples of the indo-arish architecture (see also India-Culture).
