Bogan Penguins?

Bogan Penguins in the wild.

"What is a 'Bogan Penguin'?"
Bogan Penguin's are an overlooked, very rare minority sub-species of the penguin family that has been denied for many centuries as actually being an official sub-species and subsequently has become a myth.

"What Dose a Bogan Penguin look like?"
A Bogan Penguin looks like any other penguin with some slight subtle differences. firstly they have a strange marking on their chest which could be mistaken for a flannel shirt.
they also have an oddly coloured head covering which could be incorrectly seen as a mullet.
Bogan Penguins don't have webbed feet like regular penguins but have a wool like covering somewhat like ugh boots.

"Where can I see Bogan Penguins?"
Bogan Penguins can be found around small inland waterways and coastal inlets near towns with high bogan populations i.e. Queanbeyan.  Or in enclosures at zoos and wildlife parks.
