The HUT

In 1998 my family took on a challenge to construct an alternate

style 'split level' hut. Over the period of about two and a half

years we managed to complete this great construction. It was

a self-rewarding laborious task, which makes you see what the

people who are closes to you really are like.

Note: The pictures in this page are out of date... I intend to update them as

soon as I can.

This pic from a westerly aspect, it is a very out of date view of the front of the hut.

My wonderful grandparents are on the left and my parents are to the right.

This pic is from a southerly aspect, and again it is an old photo. As you can see the

construction site is congested, hence proof of hard work. I cant be sure but I think that is

me on the roof.

This is a two-shot photo of some of the early stages of construction. The top pic has

been taken from a northerly aspect. The bottom pic is a photo of my hard working

parents pushing the mud into the walls. Believe me it isn't easy work.

This is a pic from inside of the hut at its latter stages. My proud, innovative father

sitting on his newly constructed red gum steps...

Top level of the hut, my sweet mum inspecting the quality of the room.

This is a magic place...

My sister and her boyfriend to the left. I am on the right holding my most favorite

animal in the whole world. George the dog is the most loyal friend I have even had...

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has help my family on

the way, in any way, with the development of 'the hut'. Thank you for your help and

support... With out u the hut wouldn’t be the magical place it is.
