In consideration of my being permitted to participate in this competition, I, the person named below, release and discharge USA Badminton, Eastern States Open, Town of Westport, Staples High School, Metropolitan Badminton Association, their employees, agents, officers, members, heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators and any and all participants in this event harmless for any bodily injury to myself or others, or for damage to, or loss of, my property incurred during the course of the Eastern States Open. |
