Crunch--Demolition Derby
Recently, I was lucky enough to meet a great programmer by the name of John Ardussi. Who has a long time gaming past, with such companies as Westwood Studios, and most recently Auxiliary Power Games (his own company). He had a great idea to do a Demolition Derby game, one that the average person could enjoy. His goal was reached recently as "Crunch--Demolition Derby" has now hit the internet, available for online-purchase, and demo download.
I've been doing graphic illustration for a while, and right of the start John and I hit it off, as I am also a huge gamer. He asked me to do the car texturing for the game, which needless to say, I didn't turn down. My good friend Matt Cash (great illustrator) also joined the texturing fun. So off we went, creating a huge mess of textures for the car models in game.
You can go to AuxPower's web site and check out the info, and get to the link allowing you to download the game, or demo. It's a lot of fun, and really very addicting.

If you're really cool, you'll go to the online store and peep out the sweet Demolition Derby Merchandise.
I just want to take this time and urge you to download this demo, play it, and then play it again. It's simple, fun, and there's really no other straight Demo-Derby game out there like this. It uses a tweaked version of the F1-2000 engine, which is a pretty darn solid engine. Have fun!
