Recently, I was lucky enough to meet a great programmer by the name of John Ardussi. Who has a long time gaming past, with such companies as Westwood Studios, and most recently Auxiliary Power Games (his own company). He had a great idea to do a Demolition Derby game, one that the average person could enjoy. His goal was reached recently as "Crunch--Demolition Derby" has now hit the internet, available for online-purchase, and demo download. I've been doing graphic illustration for a while, and right of the start John and I hit it off, as I am also a huge gamer. He asked me to do the car texturing for the game, which needless to say, I didn't turn down. My good friend Matt Cash (great illustrator) also joined the texturing fun. So off we went, creating a huge mess of textures for the car models in game. |
