We4C Solutions is a specialised management consulting firm headquartered in Ottawa. The

advise and expertise to other consulting and IT organizations.
We4C solutions is an operating division of Mike Giovinazzo Enterprises, a multi-facited
holding company which manages real estate holdings and various other investments.
Founder and CEO, Mr. Giovinazzo is a seasoned professional with exceptional
communication skills and a successful track record for getting things done. Throughout his
career, Mike has demonstrated a successful track record in the specification, design,
implementation, support and optimization of major application systems.
Mike is a versatile systems architect who is equally experienced in the areas of
Information Resource Management, Data Base Administration and emerging technologies.
In conjunction with this, Mike often advises senior management providing direction on
effective planning and control of large or critical projects.
Mike Giovinazzo is a well published author and frequent lecturer on a wide range of

OSTnet has signed an agreement
with We4C Solutions to help communicate OSTnet's value proposition to the Canadian federal
government.
OSTnet
developed AMS Professional, a collaboration tool which helps enterprises and governments
manage their reusable software development assets throughout the development lifecycle.
OSTnet AMS is a distributed asset repository that enables developers to easily create,
manage and consume software assets such as models, patterns, requirements documents,
source code, test scripts and any other software artifact.

After successfully completing his mandate, Mike hands the reins of
Chartwell Ottawa over to John Bruder. John is a partner with Chartwell where he has spent
the last 15 years. See the press release.

architectural engagements involving the GSRM (Government of Canada Strategic Reference
Model) and the BTEP (Business Transformation Enablement Program) being promoted by

Mike Giovinazzo had entered into a multi-year
engagement with Chartwell. Based in
Toronto, Chartwell is recognized as a Canadian leader in the emerging management science
known as Business Architecture. Mike Giovinazzo's role is
to help establish Chartwell's local Ottawa presence.
Chartwell enjoys bench strength of more than 500 years of
practical consulting experience in strategic planning and architecture, performance
improvement and organizational development and the management of complex projects. They
are credited with the development of the PSRM (Public Service Reference Model) an
outgrowth of the MRM (Municipal Reference Model). These architectural frameworks conform
to the widely used and accepted Zachman framework but add more rigour to the process and a
more public service flavour.
