..~ SUNSET ~.. |
 |
The day is ending,
pack all your dreams
Prepare for slumber,
darkness is falling
Your morning sun is waiting to be born from under.
|
--> This is the third sunset in this gallery...and all are replications! This one comes from a travel magazine, the location, if my memory hasn't failed me, is in Australia. Actually, this painting is the first of the three, although it was only posted now because it's not related to Escaflowne. =)
|
..~ FALL ~.. |
Warm tones of the painter's pallete
softly invade thine eyes
Be drawn into the beauty
of fading nature
For at its peak,
life's glory, in boldness speak
|
 |
--> Erm, I've never seen fall. In postcards, books, and movies, yes. The closest resemblance I ever saw of fall was in the fire trees in my university. The red flower petals fell with the wind's gust, and it was beautiful being underneath them all.

..~ VORTEX ~.. |
 |
...It whirls...
the mind...
the soul...
|
--> Is it true that from abstract paintings, the artist's mind can be read? Oh, I remember. The one who scanned this painting for me asked to work as an artist for him. I had to decline, though. *shrugs*
|
..~ SWEET PEA ~.. |
Frail, your fingers caress me
Softly, your locks coil in the wind
Lure me with your charming scent.
|
 |
--> Another replication, from Collier's Encyclopaedia (ack!). First successful watercolor painting. I have been avoiding the medium since people say that oil painters naturally have difficulty in handling watercolor. But a little courage went a long way. If not a long way...at least it went somewhere. ><
