I.  I Benajah M. Brown of the Village of Brownsville in the County of Oxford and the Province of Ontario Gentleman being of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament.
II. I hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
III. I hereby appoint my sons Henry W. Brown and Frank K. Brown to be executors of this my last will directing them to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses out of my estate.
IV.  All the rest and residue of my estate after the above debts and expenses are paid I will and bequeath to my wife Margaret Brown for the rest of and unto the end of her natural life.
V.  After my wife's decease I desire my said executors to sell my farm which is composed of the south half of lot number Nineteen in the Ninth Concession of the said Township of Dereham and to divide the proceeds of the sale in the manner following:-
VI.  To my son Edward D. Brown the sum of Three Thousand Dollars.   To my son the Rev. Wm. J. H. Brown  the sum of Three Thousand Dollars.   To my daughter Clara E. Sage the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.   To my daughter Eliza B. Munro the sum of Five Hundred Dollars.   The balance of the proceeds of such sale of the farm I give and bequeath, - if there be any -- to my sons Henry W. Brown and Frank K. Brown share and share alike.
VII.  All interest I may have in a certain policy of Insurance issued to me by the Independent Order of Forresters I will and bequeath to my two said daughters Clara E. Sage and Eliza B. Munro share and share alike.
VIII. By the rest and residue of my estate in clause four of this my last Will I man property both real and personal of whatever kind and wherever situated.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this ninth day of January 1907.

Brown as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof, this 9th day of January 1907.

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me Benajah M. Brown of the Village of Brownsville in the County of Oxford and Province of Ontario, Gentleman, which bears date January 9th, 1907.

I hereby appoint Rev. William J. H. Brown, my son, to be the third executor of this my last Will and Testament bearing date as aforesaid to act with my sons Henry W. Brown and Frank K. Brown as my executors.

Signed, sealed and published as a Codicil to this my last Will and Testament by me Benajah M. Brown in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution thereof this 9th day of August 1907.

All and singular these certain parcels or tracts of Land and
premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of Dereham, in
the County of Oxford, Being composed of
Firstly, - the south half of lot nineteen in the ninth concession
of the said Township of Dereham

$7000.00

Secondly, - Part of lot twenty two in the eleventh concession of
the said Township of Dereham, containing one fifth of an acre
more or less
800.00
