BERE - At Victoria Hospital on Thursday, October 24, 1957, George S. Bere, in his 61st year, beloved husband of Gladys (Brown) Bere, of 458 Picadilly street and dear father of Donald, Arthur and Rosemary Bere all at home, and brother of Mrs. Roy (Lorena) Facey of Welburn. Resting at the Needham Memorial Chapel, 529 Dundas street until Saturday noon, funeral service in Metropolitan United Church at 4:30 p.m. Casket will remain open in the church from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
