Gladys. Peacefully at Kensington Village on Saturday, April 1, 1995, Gladys Violetta (Brown) Bere
of London; in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late George S. Bere (1957). Loving mother
of Donald B. Bere, Arthur C. Bere and his wife Carolyn and Rosemary and her husband Dr. Ralph Bull;
all of London; dear grandmother of Mary, George, James, Kimberly, Andrew, Amy Jane, and Charles, and dear
sister of the late Vivian Morton and George W. Brown. Mrs. Bere is affectionately
remembered also by her nieces and nephews for her warmth, generosity of spirit and love of life. Friends
may call on Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM a the James A. Harris Funeral Home, Richmond St. at St. James. The
funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, April 4th, at 2 PM in the Metropolitan United Church (Dufferin
Ave. at Wellington St.) interment to follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Memorial contributions to
The Memorial Fund of Metropolitan United Church would be gratefully acknowledged.
