Brownsville - - A very pleasing event took place at the
residence of Mrs. Downing, on the eve of the 8th last,
it being the marriage of her youngest daughter, Thirza, to
F. K. Brown of Port Colborne.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. Mr. Jackson.
The happy couple left for the west amid a shower of old
shoes and rice.
We wish them success in their new sphere of life.
