Title: Power Of Love
It was morning and the rain still beat down thunderously onto the roof.
Josh blinked out the window, even though 8 AM was bright on his clock, it looked more like 5. The leaves danced as the rain pelted down angrily. He squinted back to Justin before coiling back into the warmth beneath the blankets.
Justin sniffled in his sleep and pressed closer, Josh opening his eyes again to watch the steady hum of the boy’s breathing, his small mouth open, face relaxed. Then did the brunette notice the small cut on the raised skin of Justin’s cheek. Eyes darting back to Justin’s own then to his cheek, Josh swallowed the anxiety and pursed his lips, gently touching the wound for a long second, electricity flowing through his veins.
When he pulled away Justin was watching him.
Justin blinked and his hand under the covers grabbed onto whatever he could find, Josh’s chest, his palm slipping up to his shoulder, gripping as he closed his eyes at the second press of the brunette’s lips to his cheek.
Fingertips clutching the broad expanse, Justin sighed pressing his face against Josh’s as the older man pulled him closer, his cheek rubbing against Justin’s.
Justin exhaled and a hand touched his face softly, his pair fluttering open to find Josh waiting patiently. Going off of something dwelling inside his belly, a swirl of feeling that flew before shooting through out his body, Justin returned the kiss on the cheek, then the kiss on his chin, then placing slow kisses he made his way to the corner of Josh’s mouth, lingering as he watched.
Josh’s hand slipped around Justin’s waist and the blonde pressed a slow kiss to the parted pink lips, silk to the touch and Justin squeezed his eyes shut as he kept still.
The single touch was enough as both boys held on tightly, emotions brimming as the pair seperated.
Hours seemed to pass, only being minutes in comparison before Justin winced and choked on his tears. Hunching into Josh, he couldn’t help it, sobbing softly as he held on for dear life.
“I- I’m sorry. Can’t. Can’t help it,” he cried through hiccups as everything dropped onto him all at once. “You’re not. You’re not s’pposed to...”
Josh closed his eyes against his own saddness, the realization that he had taken full advantage of Justin’s predicament making the shame rise quickly.
“I should have never touched you. Justin, I’m sorry–”
He stopped at the gaze Justin gave him, wet eyes pink and wide, wonder and maybe a little fear set in them.
“I’m s-sorry, but I’d kiss you again,” Justin sniffled.
Josh cringed, never loosening his hold. “Justin, you’re not... you’re not like me. I shouldn’t even be holding you right now–”
“But I need it, don’t let go, please.” His hands gripped the brunette harder.
“I won’t.” Josh blinked, before lowering his head, their mouths brushing softly before he laid his cheek against Justin’s, kissing the boy’s tears. “I promise.”
