Run With Me

Too hectic, too many people. People he didn't know.

"Mr. Timberlake, I'm from the New York Tribune, I was wondering if you'd-"

"Sorry, Mr. Timberlake can't answer any questions. Please, move along."

Justin snorted at his publicist in from of him, making way through the haze of reporters to the long black limo. Why'd he have to be at this stupid court hearing, anyway? Right, so he was the one who started it but he sure as hell didn't fire the shots.

He slid into the limo and smiled to himself, hearing JC's voice in his head as he thought of the scenario. JC always got angry at him for saying that. Because according to JC, "You started it, you might as well have finished it." Crazy man, no wonder he loved him.

But no, the older man wasn't allowed to see him for a week. Stupid management and their stupid "No touching in public or else..." rules. They were grown men, they didn't have to listen to anyone's rules but theirs... then again, JC was in California and here he was in New York, so much for being a big bad rebel who escaped stupid consequences.

His phone rang against his thigh and he cut through his publicist's speech about having a smile on to answer it.

He looked at the called ID and broke out in a smile. Speak of a devil.

"Hello?"

"Hey sexy, I saw you on TV. You look so charming when you frown."

Justin smiled and got comfortable in his seat. "Yeah, well I try to please everyone. Where are you?"

"At the airport. Bobbie asked me to go to Paris with her. I couldn't say no." JC sighed and Justin's eyes widened.

"What?! No! C, you... I... No. That's the end of it. You're not going and I'm coming to pick you up. Where are you?"

JC smiled. "God, I love you. I'm at LAX, but we're leaving in about an hour so I'll stay and talk to you until we board."

Justin shook his head. "Who the hell said anything about boarding. I told you I'm coming to pick you up." He brought the phone down and tapped the glass. The tinted window lowered and he leaned forward. "Hey there. Um, can you drop me off at the airport."

His publicist furrowed his brow and nudged Justin. "What are you-"

"Shush." He turned back to the driver. "How long will it take?"

"About, 15 minutes, sir."

Justin smiled. "Great. Step on it." He turned back and the window rolled up. "C?" he brought the phone back up. "Yeah, I'm coming to see you. Tell Bobbie sorry but no luck this time. You have a date with your extra hot boyfriend." Justin grinned, winking at his publicist who had since fell against the seat, shaking his head, muttering "I'm fired". "Oh and Steve says hello."

"Justin." Ooh, JC was using his warning tone. "Don't, you know we can't see each-"

"C, we're fucking men, not kids. If I wanna see you, I'ma see you. Fuck them... and maybe you." he giggled and blushed.

JC shook his head. "I can't believe you. J, I can't just-"

"Give the phone to that wench-"

"J..."

"Just give it to her, I'll be nice."

There was muffling and then Bobbie came onto the line, Justin hearing the smile in her voice. Oh, so sad he'd have to be the one to rain on her parade. Justin smiled.

"Hey Bob! Whats up?" he asked and he heard her sigh, whoo! Score. And good, they were at the airport. He turned to Steven. "Hey Steven, tell them to fuck themselves with poles. Love ya lots." He jumped out of the limo, not waiting for the driver to open the door.

He walked through the lines, looking for Southwest Airlines. Finding it, he brought the phone back up to his ear. "Oh sorry, Bobs. Now, onto business. I was just informed JC is going to Paris with you, correct?"

"Yes... why?" Justin could practically hear the wariness in her voice, he loved it.

"Well sorry hun, but he's not. He's staying and waiting for his extra hot boyfriend. Thanks for being a friend. Now give him the phone-"

"Justin! You little shit, no! We're going- Ah! JC, it's not fair!"

Justin smiled. "Oh, my baby's beating up a girl. I'm rubbing off."

"Justin, what flight are you coming in on?" JC asked and Justin shrugged.

"I don't know, I'm making plans now."

"What?! No, Justin! You can't just make plans right now, I had thought you had already bought a ticket-"

"Don't blow a gasket. Ooh, I'm up here. Baby, alright, I'ma call you back when I get this, ok?"

No answer.

"JC, don't be mad. I'm coming to see you, be happy." Justin smiled but it slipped when he didn't hear JC.

"JC?"

"What?" Oh wow, JC's voice was stone cold.

"I love you."

JC sighed. "I love you too. Call me back, alright?"

Justin grinned. "Alright." He ended the call and turned towards the woman with a smile. "Hello there, ma'am..."

JC was waiting with his bag by his feet at the security checkpoint, looking for Justin. Bobbie stood next to him with a scowl on her face.

"I told you you could go." he grumbled and stood on his tippy toes but it was a false judgement.

"Well I was not going to go alone! If your dumb-"

"Don't start-"

"-ass boyfriend didn't have you wrapped around his dick-" JC slapped a hand over her mouth in attempts to shut her up. She was so annoying sometimes.

"JC!"

JC whipped around and almost cried at the sight of Justin, glowing and bright, tan skin, dark eyes... wow, was he in love or what.

Justin nearly ran up to them and squeezed JC's hand. He leaned in to whisper. "If you don't know how much I wanna kiss you right now." He straightened and winked at Bobbie who narrowed her eyes in response.

JC followed them as they walked through the airport, and then spotted a bathroom. And if Justin wasn't looking so good and if he hadn't been away from his boyfriend for so long, the idea wouldn't have crossed his mind. But all those things had happened and he pulled on Justin's arm, pushing him into the bathroom.

Justin who was confused went along as JC pushed him into a stall, and once his lips were moving with JC's, his tongue in the brunette's mouth, he understood quite easily.

"Missed you." he murmured against soft lips, hands pulling on his waist. He pressed JC against the wall harder, getting closer.

"You have no idea, baby." JC took a nip of his bottom lip playfully, his eyes twinkling. He really had missed this.

Justin stared at the beauty before him with a warm heart. JC was so beautiful it hurt sometimes. Knowing that this... human was his... it blew his mind sometimes.

His hand came up to run over JC's face, JC kissing his fingers. "I missed you so much you have no idea."

Justin smiled. "Me too." He leaned in for another long, languid kiss that made his toes tingle.

"Hey!" JC pulled away with bright eyes. "Lets go! Let's leave. Let's uh... Dominican Republic! Didn't you always wanna go there? Come on baby, lets just leave. No press, no management, nobody but us."

Justin grinned and gave JC a kiss that said everything he'd ever wanted to say. He was rubbing off on him.

"Alright." And Justin took JC's hand, the both of them running from the bathroom straight to the ticket counters, getting 2 tickets for the Dominican Republic, and getting them because hey, they were Justin and JC from Nsync.

Bobbie watched as they zoomed past, hand in hand and almost fell out. They were too much to handle and she wished them the worst, calling herself a cab.

Justin snuggled closer, deeper into JC as they lie in the canopy set before the rushing ocean.

"Dude, I love you." Justin mumbled into JC's neck, nuzzling his chin.

JC laughed and kissed Justin's forehead. "I love you too, you dork. And stop calling me dude."

"Mm, fine, I'll call you a girl from now on."

They settled into a comfortable silence, JC pulling Justin closer.

"Hey, C?"

"Yeah?"

"If I asked you to marry me, would you?"

JC looked down with wide eyes. "A-are you... you're not kidding, are you?" His voice was shaky and he was sweating. Oh my god.

Justin licked his lips and shook his head. "I'm not."

"You're asking me to marry you?"

Justin cracked a smile. "No, I asked if I was to ask you whether you'd say yes."

JC pouted. "You punk, that doesn't change anything."

"Would you?"

JC stared at him for a long time. "Yes."

Justin smiled and gave him a kiss on the lips, rolling out of the hammock. He got to his knees and JC couldn't breath.

"Oh my..."

Justin grinned and pulled out a ring from his pocket. It wasn't diamond, instead a native pearl from the nearby sea. JC had asked about it at one of the local markets... Justin had made it into a ring... Oh my was right.

"Will you marry me?"

JC shook his head, tears in his eyes.

Justin smiled. "You won't?"

"No, you little bastard, you said you weren't asking me." JC jumped from the canopy and straight into Justin's arm, covering his face in frantic kisses. "Yes, you bloke. I'll marry you." He got in between kisses and Justin laughed, smearing JC's tears with his hand.

"I love you, dude."

JC smiled and wiped his eyes on Justin's shoulder.

"And I love you, you dork."

They settled on the sand, wrapped around each other.

"Hey J?"

Justin moaned as he drew JC closer. "What?"

"We're getting married."

Justin's face broke out in a wide grin. He couldn't help it, tears prodding the back of his eyelids. "Yes, yes we are."
