Part 4
Justin brought the tiny phone to ear, pressing the button once inside the elevator.
A few rings later, she picked up and Justin grinned provocatively. “Hey baby,” he breathed and grinned even more when she just about squealed.
“Babe, what are you doing, calling so late? Isn’t it about... 12 there?” Britney asked and Justin stepped out of the lift, eyes skipping from number to number.
“You know me,” he mumbled as he stopped in front of the door. “Well, I gotta go, I just wanted to talk to you, hear your voice. I miss you.” He raised his fist and knocked solidly a few times.
“Oh baby, me too. I wish I coulda been there with you.” And if Justin listened close enough, he was sure he could hear the bitterness lacing her tone. He loved it.
“Well what can ya do.” The door opened and Justin turned around, lowering his voice, “Love you, bye.” He clapped the device shut and turned around, a brilliant smile greeting a very disinterested JC.
“How’d you find my room?” And Justin walked past the brunette, into his room, looking around at the slight mess. He turned back to the grin, his eyes lazy as they traveled along JC’s body, beautiful body at that.
“You wanna go out tonight? I thought maybe you wouldn’t resist me with a bottle or two in ya,” he said coyly, flashing another dazzling smile. But JC wasn’t amused and he rolled his eyes and started for his bed again, picking up the remote.
Justin followed and snatched the remote. He liked a challenge.
“Come on, it’ll be fun. I bet you haven’t had fun all week.”
JC looked up and gave a smile. “Oh but I had fun following you,” and as soon as the words left out of his mouth he blushed because it was too far close to the truth.
“Oh yes. Even more reason. You want me, then come have a drink or two with me.”
JC shook his head vehemently, dispelling the notion. “First of all, I’m not digging you. Second of all, we just happen to be in the same places at the same times. One big coincidence, if ya ask me.” Was he trying too hard? He hoped not, looking back at Justin.
“Please?”
And yes, it was all over, JC rolling out of bed to his closet, giving Justin one more look, cursing the triumphant look on the blonde’s face.

Justin leaned close, his eyes hooded but daring, his tongue darting out and JC’s already dry mouth watered. He closed his own eyes, the anticipation driving his heart to speed.
The blonde’s tongue, broad and wet, licked JC’s neck in a swipe, his face screwed up as the foul liquid slid down his throat. He raised his empty glass in salute and their crowd rumbled, Justin still watching JC.
The brunette looked away with a blush, bring his own Gin and Tonic up to his lips. He was a simple kinda guy with a simple kinda taste.
Justin pushed close and lowered his drink, smiling in JC’s face with that goofy look on his face.
They had been drinking all night, just sips here and there but now, at three in the morning, when the bar was supposed to be closing, they had stayed and started hitting it hard. But Justin was just tipsy and JC liked being relaxed.
Though, with alcohol, JC knew more was to come as Justin grabbed JC’s hand, half dragging half pulling the young man out the bar doors, not so much as excusing them, hopping inside the SUV as quick as it had come.
Once inside Justin had blinked lazily, time slowing as JC watched the other man. He wet his lip, his eyelashes fluttering as his tongue swiped over his tongue, dark eyes snatching JC’s attention, the brunette remarking of how opaque the pair were.
Justin never said a word, his hand reaching for JC’s when they exited the car. JC, suddenly realizing where he was, slipped out of the hold but followed still when Justin looked back at him.
They made it to the blonde’s room in seconds, Justin jabbing the number, making JC chuckle to himself.
But now, sitting on Justin’s bed, an intense stare all they shared, JC found nothing humorous.
Justin leaned forward and JC’s eyes fluttered close, not being able to help the reflex. And even though this was wrong and Justin was getting played, JC really really wanted a kiss.
Just before Justin’s lips landed on JC’s, his conscious awoke with a start.
“Don’t do this to her.”
Justin blinked at him and moved away but JC’s eyes were still closed, partly afraid of what was going to happen. He had done the right thing. He wasn’t going to be tangled in this mess.
“What did you say?” And there was steel in his voice and JC opened his eyes to the ground, his heart still pounding.
“I–“
”I heard you. Who’s she?”
JC’s brow furrowed. “Your... Your wife, you can’t just–“ And shit, JC just screwed himself. With a spoon.
Justin sat back with a raised eyebrow, his arms crossing. “And what do you know about my wife?”
Shit. Shit. Shit.Shit.Shit! “T-Trace mentioned it. I didn’t– I’m sorry if I offended– I’m sorry,” he apologized hurriedly, his chest aching as he hoped Justin believed him.
Then Justin was pressed against him, so quick JC had blinked and was suddenly enveloped by the man, hot breath ghosting over his cheek, a smooth pair of lips slipping across his cheek, his breath stalling as Justin laid him on his back, his body putting up no fight. He wanted this, oh yes.
Justin kissed his chin and undulated against JC, his mouth stopping its pursuit to look the brunette in the eye.
“What do you care about my wife?” he whispered and licked JC’s open mouth, his tongue smooth as it ran over JC’s teeth. And JC didn’t. He didn’t give a fuck about Britney. Not when Justin was promising to do things with that tongue that would surely make him scream.
He leaned in and gave Justin a stern look before capturing those lips, that small mouth with his, his lashes falling delicately. His lips moved with Justin’s in a long, languid kiss until JC’s tongue licked over Justin’s bottom lip, puling away.
The way Justin was looking at him sent a tremor coursing through his body, his actions not restrained as he took in a shallow breath, reaching for more.
This time, their tongues were battling, devious and slick, Justin’s own curling around JC’s. And that was damn sexy. Justin ground his hips against the brunette’s and JC took a deep breath, pulling his mouth away to take a gulp of air. Justin never skipping a beat as he started on the older one’s neck.
He tasted sweet, too, the young man couldn’t help but think, his teeth light as they nipped at the exposed throat. He felt the brunette swallow against his mouth.
“Wait,” JC panted, pushing Justin away, blinking slowly. He put his palm flat on Justin’s chest. “Wait,” he repeated, his voice stronger this time. Justin raised an eyebrow and shifted against the other man, earning a glare.
“Yes?” he spoke and JC wriggled out of Justin’s grasp, slipping off the bed as Justin watched, silent.
“I can’t. I’m sorry, I just can’t do this with you... not right now,” he said as he ran a hand through his newly shorn hair, tucking the still long strands behind his ears. Justin wouldn’t admit it but that was adorable.
“Why?”
JC shook his head at the simple question, gathering his wits and heading out, his mind ignoring the ache in his belly.
