Front view of flip-flop Side view of flip-flop

These pictures show one of the eight flip-flops. There are several interesting features to note. First of all, this flip-flop is based on the one in the Big Ball Factory, with the following modifications:

Two of the horizontal blue rods have been replaced by yellow rods which hold a yellow connector at the front. This yellow connector holds the blue and pink semi-circle which is connected to the flip-flop through holes punched near the center of the semi-circle and held in place by the tan clips which are shown in the picture.

A red rod has been added to the bottom of the flip-flop assembly to hold the front screen in place. It is held in the back by a single grey clip. At the front of the flip-flop there is a blue washer and four grey clips, which leave just enough space for the front screen to be held in place by a grey clip on the front of the screen.

You may need to vary the spacing depending on the thickness of the board used for your front screen. The blue rod at the front of the flip-flop is only used to support the semi-circle card and may not be necessary if the card is stiff enough.
