The other day a fellow technician was trying to help a customer who claimed that her computer was typing gibberish all by itself. They had tried many things, re-seating the keyboard, reloading the operating system and so on all to no avail.

It was getting frustrating for the tech and for the customer who was working hard to follow the technician's every instruction.

All of a sudden the customer who had just been looking for something on the screen exclaimed "There it goes again!" and the technician heard the familiar buuuuurrrrrrpppp of keys repeating. The next thing that the tech heard was the customer's son telling her what the problem was. Her son exclaimed; "Mommy, your boobs are on the keyboard!"

The embarrassed customer quickly thanked the technician and concluded the call.
