It was Oddcon, the night could last forever, and we played...Colossal Arena and Mystery Rummy and ?!?? That's it!? Yes, despite my finding the Twilight Imperium Expansion for $7.50, and having DoA around to boot, we played about 1.5 hours worth of games. It was a disappointing night.

Player | Score | Place | First Time? |
Dan | 13 | 1 | |
Karla | 11 | 2 | |
Annie | 5 | 3 | |
Mike | 0 | 4 |
Notes: Had I been able to Table Talk with Dan, I could have survived a bit better, at least in not getting skunked. He played really well, and though he lost some points when Annie killed the Cyclops, Dan got her back triple strength. Karla somehow managed to get the Colossus to survive the whole game despite it being constantly attacked by me.
The surviving monsters were the Colossus, Wyrm, and Ettin.
Mystery Rummy: Jack the Ripper |

Player | Score | Place | First Time? |
Annie | 122 | 1 | * |
Mike | 109 | 2 | |
Dan | 96 | 3 | * |
Notes: We wanted to play something shorter, and hopefully recruit Jim and Karla later for a better game - which never happened, mostly due to DDR obsessions and a couple timing issues. Plus Dan was kind of tired and very grumpy. He proclaimed his frustration with this game about two dozen times, which got tiring.
Annie was off to a big lead early by playing Ripper Escapes, and Dan kept discarding Scene cards, which I used to good advantage. I was able to overtake Annie in the third round, and we all managed some bonus points in the voting, but Annie had a tremendous 4th round, which was a quick one, and she passed me by and Dan caught up significantly. I was still stuck in a fairly distant 2nd.
