"Choose Your Destiny"Time:

Information: Well, you lads know that I’m really into the game Warhammer Quest by Games Workshop. I’ve already done a couple of other pictures of GW stuff, but this one is for my own creation. I’ve made loads of quests and many characters but all my stuff is always in just "basic-ideas-no-real-depth" stages. The first character I actually completed – who is on this site and also was only really started a month ago – is the Blademaster, the guy in the picture above. For those of you who are interested in Quest and created characters, this guy hasn’t really been playtested that much but from what I have tested him on, he seems like the kind of character that starts off really weak and then becomes like a god as he progresses. Sure, he still needs a bit of work but for now he is out there.
The reason for the title is stated in the manual for the character but for those of you who aren’t interested in that stuff ~ basically this character is a runaway. He was either disowned or dishonored in some way, whether publicly or discreetly, and because of this, he has left his past behind him and sought out his own future. This is why he has chosen his own destiny. The city on fire represents his past - with his back to it, he doesn’t care what happens to it but also because of his actual nature. The blademaster isn’t given any actual alignment as he could really be either good or evil depending on the person who roleplays him.
As you can see, I did the same kind of grass that I did in 7am rather than the old way I used to do it but just the grass there took me over an hour to do. I don’t think you’ll see it like that anymore, not unless I really want it to look that good. Unfortunately, there is a really bad mistake here that I knew I had to do but them forgot about it before ending the picture. The guy has no shadow! You could say it is overcast but I feel that it just kind of makes him look like he isn’t really standing there…
I’ll leave it up to you to make your own decision about it. Seeya round lads,
Mikeytoons.
