Title: "The Third Armageddon"

Time: 4 hours and 40 minutes

Date: 3-4/3/00

Information: Can you see that the spacecraft coming to earth is also a woman's neckline? Or are my drawing skills non-existant?

Basically, there are two separate pictures here. Both represent the same idea but need to be explained seperately. The two pictures can be seen by the thick white lines which show something that could represent two different things. It's probably best if I just get on with the explaining so here is the woman:

She wears a black dress with some kind of deep coloured gems fastened to it. She also wears one of those necklaces that has a broken heart as it's showpiece. The necklace supports 4 other gemstones as well. The white border around the showpiece also places the heart inside of her to try to show that her heart has been truly broken. One of her hands reaches forward to the viewer with the palm up but almost the entire hand is unseen. Only the fingers and thumb can be seen at the bottom of the picture - the index finger is the one reaching forward. The hand shows two things: A reaching hand to take us away; but also A pleading hand to take away everything that we have.

The spacecraft resembles a sort of jet aircraft. In the black dress of the woman, the fastened gemstones now become windows and in the larger ones, figures can almost be seen looking out at the world. On the necklace, the 4 gemstones represent thrusters for the massive machine. The broken-heart emblem inside the white border also transports the heart into space showing the star formation known as the Southern Cross and the heart becomes the Earth. After "yesterday" and "today", our world was savagely destroyed. The woman's broken heart also becomes a direct link to the Earth - the shattering of her heart becomes the destruction of our world. Almost like the ancient Trojan lady (or was she on the other side) whose face was said to launch a thousand ships.

The fingers become just charred remains of buildings. The dark lines of the mountains in the background show the harsh truth and what our environment has become. The alien beings are, unfortunately, not here to help. The sun setting behind the mountains shows our final day - the final showdown - our last sunset…

Believe what you want, the aliens could be here to help but they come down upon a planet that has been, for so long, at war with itself. Why would they want to help a race whose only intent is to destroy itself? Why? I'll tell you why: They wouldn't. They would rather make sure we cease to exist. That is why "Tomorrow" becomes the third Armageddon.

Finally, to put things in perspective, "Yesterday" was our destruction from things we did to ourselves. "Today" was our destruction from natural disasters that the world did to us. "Tomorrow" is our destruction from alien things. This doesn't mean they have to be from another planet, it just means that we will be finished off by something we don't know about yet.
