08.11.00 Introducing the Divisional Point System

The purpose for the Division 35 point system is to monitor the strenghts and weaknesses of each club. Point systems are also used in many other divisions as well. Division 35 had the point system during Don Le and Sarah Inh's term as Lt. Governor. This point system will NOT be used to make one club superior to another; it will only serve to evaluate each club.
